3. Files encoded are only for personal and non-commercial use only. If you
have a commercial account with phpCipher, enter your account details into
login.txt to enable all features and lift this restriction.

4. This application and the online encoder are supplied "as-is". The author
assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result
from the use.
